When you identify yourself, you can check “forgotten password” and you will receive an e-mail in the following minutes allowing you to define a new password.
You can modify all your data by logging into your personal space in the “My account” section.
By default your delivery address corresponds to your billing address. In the stages of the order you have the possibility to modify your delivery address. If you have an account on our site, you can also create, modify and save your addresses in your address book. However, you cannot change the delivery address of an order in progress.
Any customer can request the exchange of his item intact, unopened and unused within 14 days from the date of receipt. All returns of orders are the responsibility of the Customer. The conditions for Returns and Exchanges can be found in the GTC.
Yes. Payments by credit card on the site are made through the Stripe payment system. The Absology site does not take cognizance of your banking information at any time.
You can pay online by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay) via Stripe’s secure payment system, PayPal, Scalapay.
